Dan Leonard, President & CEO, National Pharmaceutical Council and Mary Grealy, President, Healthcare Leadership Council, will spotlight the efforts of the Going Below The Surface (GBTS) Forum at the Council for Affordable Health Coverage’s (CAHC) 3rd Annual Price of Good Health Summit on Thursday, Jan. 16.

Their presentation, kicking off at 12:30 pm, will outline GBTS’ ongoing work to drive an informed, sustained and action-oriented dialogue to address the nation’s health spending issues. GBTS, representing patient groups, providers, payers, employers and life science organizations, has been hosting regional dialogues, developing a low-value care roadmap and exploring ways to address health care spending. Both Leonard’s and Grealy’s organizations are Forum partners, as is CAHC.

During CAHC’s daylong event, speakers and attendees will focus on addressing the question, “What is the price of good health?” The goal will be to both unearth the challenges and develop the solutions that help reverse the health cost crisis.

The event is being held at the Spy Museum in Washington, D.C. Register via CAHC’s website.
